CelebNSports247.com reports that Royals pitcher Brad Keller received a five-game suspension for drilling Tim Anderson after the White Sox shortstop pimped a home run.
On Friday Anderson told reporters after his suspension was handed down that he would not appeal it and will serve it on Friday night against the Detroit Tigers.
As for White Sox shortstop, Tim Anderson also received a suspension for calling Royals pitcher Brad Keller a “weak-ass f—ing n-word,” sources tell ESPN.
If you recall, Tim Anderson was hit by a Brad Keller pitch one at-bat after he hit a home run and flipped his bat, was suspended for one game.
When MLB investigated the benches-clearing incident between the White Sox and Royals, umpires and players from both teams said Tim Anderson used a racially charged word.
Anderson received a one-game suspension from the incident, per sources.
