CelebNSports247.com reports that Eric Reid was one of the first players to join Colin Kaepernick in 2016 with kneeling during the playing of the National Anthem.
Like we previously stated Colin Kaepernick’s movement was to protest racial equality and police brutality. It was NOT against the National Anthem and the people who fight for our freedom. That was propaganda influenced by President Donald Trump.
The NFLPA filed a grievance with the NFL on Reid’s behalf, alleging those team owners and the league were influenced by the President’s tweets and countless remarks. They denied it, but we all know Trump played a big part in getting Kaepernick and Reid blackballed by the NFL.
Thank God for Nike for endorsing Kaep, so take that oppressive white Republican President.
ProFootballTalk reports:
Nike made waves by announcing a deal with free-agent quarterback Colin Kaepernick. The company also has made plenty of money, in the form of both revenue and corporate value.
CEO Mark Parker said during a corporate earnings call, via Darren Rovell of ESPN.com said:
We feel very good and are very proud of the work we’ve been doing. We know it’s resonating quite strongly with consumers here in North America and around the world.
Hey Nike, do something for Eric Reid too.
The movement continues even without Kaep and Reid who started it.
