Puig stated “I once made a promise to God that if He ever lifted me up I would lift others up with me.”
He went on to say:
Last year, I made a promise to open up a home that would never turn away a child in need. I come back tomorrow to the city of San Fernando to make good on that promise.
He continued:
Puig’s House in Pioneer Park will have programs available for children and families to help them live better lives.
Then Yasiel Puig asked his fans to join him at the grand opening on social media:
