Yasiel Puig and Hundley Agree to Disagree on MLB FightCelebNSports247.com has the latest from Yasiel Puig and Nick Hundley who basically agree to disagree on the MLB brawl.

Yasiel Puig said through an interpreter:

When I missed the pitch, I knew I thought it was the best pitch that Watson was gonna throw me. So I was a little upset, and [Hundley] told me to stop complaining, get back into the box. And when I got in his face, he told me to also get out of his face. So that’s when I got upset.

The Cuban right fielder aka “The Wild Horse” adds:

I didn’t like that he was telling me what to do, and then he said some words to me in English that I really can’t repeat. So that is why I was upset.

Of course, Nick Hundley sees things differently so he offered his take on the mele:

We’re competing on the field against a team we’re chasing. They’ve been scuffling a little bit, and we’re trying to catch them. Obviously a nice rivalry. We had some words and pushed a couple times. There’s really not more to it than that.

It appears that Nick has already dusted it off and just part of the game, but that hasn’t stopped the Giants and Dodgers to lay down the law with some discipline.

Manager Bruce Bochy said Wednesday as he and everyone else awaited word from the league office on possible discipline for Puig and Hundley after Tuesday night’s fight.

Bochy says:

If you look at these two clubs, the history, there have probably been a few more of these.

The San Francisco Giants Manager tells the SF Chronicle:

There are certain players in the league, guys you look at what other people get frustrated with, where there’s a lot of drama every at-bat,” he said. “You know what? The game has changed a lot. I don’t get caught up in it as much as we’ve got to get these guys out. I don’t let things bother me as much anymore. I don’t put a lot of thought into what he does.
