Bravado and confidence is one thing, but at 7-7 and with a pivotal matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles on deck that could knock them out of the playoffs.

Not to mention, but the Cowboys have allowed the New York Jets and Adam Gase, of all people, to carve up their defense.

And what is crazier is that the struggling Elliott and the Cowboys sure picked an odd time to puff out their chests and act cocky!

Ezekiel Elliott was heard saying via Jon Machota:

I just don’t think there’s a lot of teams who could just line up in front of us and just beat us. We have very good personnel, a very good offensive line. If we know where they’re going to be, I think it’s tough for them to stop us.
