The Cowboys QB wants his name to be the first that comes out of anyone’s mouth when they talk about the best quarterbacks in franchise history.
The former Mississippi State star said:
I want to be the best I can. I want to be the best quarterback the Cowboys have ever had. All that (other) stuff comes when you play the game well.
Prescott has been in the headlines recently. The fourth-round pick in 2016, Dak Prescott was a huge bargain for the Dallas Cowboys, but its time that Dak gets paid what he deserves. He is currently ranked 66th for the 2018 salary list, but that is about to change according to Stephen Jones.
Meanwhile, Prescott has produced 22 wins over his first two seasons, which is way more than what Hall of Fame QB’s Roger Staubach and Troy Aikman. Though, Staubach and Aikman delivered a combined five Super Bowls for the franchise, so Dak will have to beat that. Then there is Tony Romo, who has just about every passing record in franchise history. Basically, Dak has a lot of work ahead of him.
