Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott has been looking for a long-term deal since the beginning of last year, but never got it from the Dallas. Well he just landed a long-term deal with Americas beer…
CelebnSports247.com reports that The Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott can finally check that box off his to-do list.
Terry Lefton of Sports Business Journal announced the QB Dak Prescott is signing a long-term deal with Anheuser-Busch.
He’s signing a long-term deal with ‘America’s beer,” a source tells Sports Business Journal, “before he signs one with ‘America’s Team.
Prescott’s other sponsorships have included Pepsi, Beats, PlayStation, Sleep Number and Dannon, AT&T, Adidas, Beats by Dre to Campbell’s Soup, 7-Eleven, New Era, Citi and Direct TV.
Despite that, the QB would still love to secure his future with the team by getting the deal that he wants, as he played on the franchise tag at $31.4 million last season. If the two sides can’t come to an agreement, he can be tagged again, with his salary for 2021 at about $38 million.
Dallas reportedly offered him a five-year deal worth $35 million APY with guaranteed money nearing $110 million, but the QB has remained determined to get a 4-year deal.
