The Rock says that the XFL is joining the NFL to grow the sport of football.
As an XFL owner, Johnson took to social media saying that he is so honored to announce the partnership between the XFL and NFL.

It appears that Dwayne Johnson’s series Ballers that ran 5 seasons on HBO was not so far fetched because he is an owner of the XFL. The series seems to have paralleled his real life when it comes to the final season of Ballers.
