Former Basketball Wives Gloria Govan is really trying to stretch the truth in her favor these days when it comes to her ex-Matt Barnes.

CelebNSports247.com reports that Gloria Govan says she was never properly served with Barnes’ lawsuit after he tried to do so during a child custody exchange.

She is stating that Matt Barnes violated the sanctity of the swap.

The former Basketball Wives Gloria Govan is the same woman who started dating one of Matt Barnes former Lakers teammate Derek Fisher. The couple is still together, engaged and set get married sometime in the near future. The two have moved on, but Gloria can’t stop feuding with Barnes.

These days, she is apparently pissed about the way she got served with divorce papers and she’s trying to spin the truth in her favor. If anyone remembers her on BBWs we all know she’s a complete drama queen and instigator.

Anyways, we’re not buying what Gloria Govan is dishing, but here is what The Blast is saying:

Govan says she didn’t even know Barnes filed a suit against her until after a judge passed down a default judgment in his favor, in the wake of Barnes’ $300k fraud allegations against her, her brother and their parents.

As a result, Govan says she wants the judgment to be tossed, as it was never served with the docs for it.

While the process server says he served the former reality star on June 10, 2018, Govan says that is not the case.

According to Govan, the attempt went down at Starbucks in Encino, where she was scheduled to meet Barnes to exchange custody of their kids. She says the two previously agreed to keep their legal issues out of their custody exchanges, as their kids should not be involved. But, Govan says Barnes violated that agreement.

Basically, Gloria is upset on how the server approached her.

Here is what she said:

I am a recognized celebrity due to my tenure on the television show ‘Basketball Wives’ and I have individuals follow me, or assume they know me or believe that they have a relationship with me because of my appearance on television.  I also have had men inappropriate touch and harass me on innumerable occasions…Therefore, I am especially sensitive to men who invade my space, touch me without consent or otherwise try to surprise me.

She added that the server touched her shoulder, which prompted her to respond:

Get the f*ck out of my face.

According to the docs, Govan claims the man never gave her the papers or identified himself as a process server.

Doubtful, but her is what she claims happened because she claims to see Barnes inside his car, with their sons at the time.

It is now obvious to me that Plaintiff Barnes arranged to have me served during our custody exchange.

What really gets us is for some reason Gloria thinks she is a well-known celebrity. FYI: She’s not, she’s a Basketball players wife that is all. No fame in that hunni.
