CelebnSports247.com reports that Henry Ruggs’ attorney gave his reason as to why in an interview with the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
Katelyn Newberg of the Las Vegas Review-Journal writes:
David Chesnoff, one of Ruggs’ attorneys, told the Las Vegas Review-Journal that ‘various inspections’ still have to occur, but he did not elaborate.
Ruggs’ attorneys were granted a motion to continue “for inspections that still need to occur.” Chesnoff asked for more time to examine evidence that police say shows Ruggs was driving 156 mph with a blood-alcohol level twice the Nevada legal limit.
Four months ago he was ordered back to court after failing to take an alcohol test.
We previously reported that Ruggs was charges with 4 felonies following his DUI car crash. In addition, all stores selling Las Vegas Raiders merchandise are yanking Henry Ruggs items from their shelves.
The former Las Vegas WR is accused of driving under the influence when his Chevrolet Corvette crashed into Tina Tintor’s Toyota Rav-4 and causing it to explode as Tintor and her dog burned to death.
