CelebNSports247.com reports that it was too soon for the Golden State Warriors to clear Durant to play in game 5 of the NBA Finals.
Kevin Durant was out on a calf injury for 33 days and was in no way ok to play, but they cleared him anyway. He ended up injuring himself once again. The Warriors’ won 106-105 victory over the Toronto Raptors on Monday night in Game 5 of the NBA Finals.
However, Warriors President of Basketball Operations Bob Myers said:
He “didn’t believe there’s anybody to blame” but “if you have to, blame me,” then do so.
