CelebNSports247.com reports that it appears that Mack Wilson likely thought everything was all clear after what teammate Myles Garrett did.
It wasn’t so Brown’s linebacker Mack Wilson quickly deleted the photo, since it was done is complete bad taste.

Less than 24 hours after such a violent football game where another man was literally assaulted with his own helmet, this is not exactly a good look for the Cleveland Browns.
Nope, it is not, and so, Wilson later deleted the tweet. Well, that is what he thought, but nothing is really ever deleted off of Twitter. NOPE, NOT something like this, especially when it’s packed with so much baggage.
If you didn’t see the game, Smith-Schuster had gotten sandwiched by several Browns defenders and it left him on the ground and in a ton of pain. He would not return to the game.
