Rams Trade Robert Woods To Titans For Pennies on The Dollar!

According to reports Robert Woods Titans deal is worth $46.5 million, and includes $30.7 million guaranteed. It a truly discount deal for a wide receiver pickup for a player like Woods.

The Tennessee Titans added another star wide receiver, and to say that it cost them pennies on the dollar would be an understatement…

CelebnSports247.com has received word that The Los Angeles Rams have traded 29-year-old wide receiver Robert Woods to the Tennessee Titans.

The news is a bit shocking bit it appears the Rams needed to keep their golden boys, Matthew Stafford and Aaron Donald. They also know both players will cost big bucks for the organization.

Last offseason, many thought the Titans got away with robbery when the acquired Julio Jones and a sixth-rounder from the Falcons for second- and fourth-round picks. Well, if that was robbery, what the Titans just did to the Los Angeles Rams could be considered grand theft.

According to reports, the Titans had to give up just a measly sixth-round pick for Woods. The cheap price tag likely has to do with Wood’s contract, which still has a ton of guaranteed money attached to it, along with the completely torn ACL that the wide receiver is coming off of.

Ian Rapoport reports:

Rapoport also noted that Woods is owed $13.5 million this year — and the offense’s evolution in his absence as two factors.

Moreover, The Rams are also still interested in bringing back Odell Beckham, who is a free agent and also rehabilitating a torn ACL. That injury will likely sideline OBJ deep into the upcoming season.

Wood is a great player and will be an exceptional add to the Titans:
