CelebNSports247.com reports that boxer Adrien Broner case was dropped due to lack of evidence.
According to TMZ, prosecuter couldn’t prove if Adrien Broner grabbed a woman’s vagina at an Atlanta area mall.
Reports at the time declared that Broner was accused of forcefully groping the victim’s butt, thigh, and vagina outside of the Louis Vuitton store at the Lennox Mall. The interaction caused an altercation where the two entered into a verbal fight, which was caught on tape and went viral. At that point, police stepped in an arrested Broner, escorting him out of the mall in cuffs. (above)
TMZ reports, Prosecutors did not have enough admissible evidence to “prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt,” so the sexual battery and simple battery misdemeanors were dropped.
Those two charges aren’t the only sexual assault allegations against the athlete though.
