CelebnSports247.com reports that during Thursday night’s Philadelphia 76ers-Los Angeles Lakers game two fans sitting near the court were ejected midway through the fourth quarter after getting into it with Carmelo Anthony.
Why do fans think they can talk shhhh to players? It makes no sense why fans think they have a right to trash talk to players. Lets see fans get off their @sses and play hard on the court.
Anyways, after a foul, you can see Anthony go over to the fans, who were sitting near midcourt, a row behind the front.
TNT’s announcers said the fans had been riding Anthony for about four straight possessions prior to the verbal confrontation. A video shows some of the interaction prior to the confrontation.
Anthony shot 4-of-11 for nine points in his Lakers’ 105-87 loss. He may be taking after LeBron James, who got some fans who were riding him kicked out of a game in November.

To all fans, just because you are paying the high cost for courtside seats does NOT mean you can disrespect players. Your money means nothing. Melo made sure to let the two fans know its his house – the fans are just spectators, extras and should be silent!
