CelebNSports247.com is hearing that Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott reportedly suffered minor injuries to both his throwing and non-throwing hand during the Thursday night game against the Chicago Bears.
ESPN’s Todd Archer reports:
On Friday afternoon that Prescott “hurt the index finger on his right hand and sprained his left hand.” However, he did note that head coach Jason Garrett said Prescott “seemed to come out of the game OK and will be fine” for the team’s next game against the Los Angeles Rams.
Prescott could be seen in visible pain after his throwing hand hit the helmet of Khalil Mack. He did, however, toss for 334 yards, albeit most of those coming in garbage time.
Prescott has never missed a game in his career and currently leads the NFL in attempts, completions, and yards. None of that means anything as the Cowboys deal with their 2nd three-game losing streak of the 2019 season.
Despite their 6-7 record, the team continues to be in first place in the NFC East.
Could this misfire be from his hand injuries?
